Studio OL3 have gained planning permission for a large contemporary design extension to a traditional style 4 Bed domestic property for a private client.

The proposal will house an extended dining area, large open lounge space and a games / bar area at ground floor level, with a new master suite and a walk out balcony, all facing the stunning views of the surround hills.

The extension uses zinc, glass and stone to help create a stylish modern look whilst also complementing the existing building.
