Studio OL3 believes every job is different, no matter how large or small. When you embark upon your project you will deal directly with one dedicated project manager from start to finish for a service tailored around your unique requirements. We cover everything from educational, residential and commercial to new builds, refurbishments and extensions.

Our project management team are here to support your new project; from start to finish. You will have a dedicated agent by your side for any questions or queries you may have.

We will provide a few design options for you to consider, which will include floor plans and may include 3D images so that you can visualise your project before it’s even been started.

Whilst the build is taking place, the team here at Studio OL3 will be here to walk you through each step of the development process. You can sit back and watch the project come to life.

Here at Studio OL3 we hold our ethos in our hearts; we have specialist interior designers, whom will take the stunning exterior design through to your interior.

At Studio OL3, we cover a large variety of sectors in the architectural design, construction planning, and interior design fields. Our project management team is highly experienced and excels at working together with our clients in order to deliver the best possible outcome.

Our team is focused on guiding the client through different phases of the design, planning, construction stages and interior design and even offers advice on regulations, historic and listed buildings and other similar and related requirements.

With our team of architectural designers situated in our Manchester offices we are ideally located for projects all over the UK as well as excellent access routes for the rest of the world.
